Rellingen, 03. July 2024 – Airbus Defense & Space SAU and AUTOFLUG GmbH signed a contract for
the multinational drone system “Eurodrone”. The contract includes the development, manufacture,
support and delivery of the Fuel Quantity Indication equipment comprising of fuel data conditioners
including software, fuel sensors and electrical cable harnesses for the twin-engine, unmanned aircraft.
The aircraft’s features include mission modularity for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance
(ISR) missions.
The requirements and specifications for “Eurodrone” were prepared by the end users (Germany, Spain,
France and Italy), the public contracting authority (OCCAR) and the participating industrial partners
(Dassault Aviation, Leonardo and Airbus Spain). Prime contractor is Airbus Germany.
