Hamburg, 20 August 2019. With more than 30 high-level representatives from industry, as well as military and civilian organizations, the information event, to which AUTOFLUG invited last Tuesday in Hamburg, was a successful introduction to the topic. The aim is to develop multi-functional pallet solutions which enable military and civilian users of aircraft and helicopters to react quickly to various demands. This ranges from transporting passengers and those with mild injuries to transporting intensive care patients requiring constant medical care during the flight.
Changing duties are adapted to by means of simple set-ups and conversions for pallets of standard HCU-6 dimensions. In addition to significantly expanding the current capabilities of military transport aircraft, the program will have a particular focus on applications in the context of civilian-humanitarian aid operations. “Our current, highly-constructive exchange of information and ideas between industry representatives and potential users of pallet solutions is a good basis for advancing this program.” This was the conclusion drawn by Alexander Bode, Head of Marketing & Sales at AUTOFLUG, at the end of the event.
